A. You may send to: JazzPromotions.Com, 10516 East Superstition Range Road, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118. OR e-mail digital file(s) to: firstname.lastname@example.org Your materials will be reviewed within 24-72 hours. Please include contact information within your package or e-mail.
Q. What Options does JazzPromotions.Com Offer for new Jazz Artists/Groups?
A. During our initial discussion JazzPromotions.Com will present custom options that may best work for your new release. We'll discuss Length of Campaign, Goals and Objectives and other options specific to your release.
Q. Once I choose a campaign length and options how do I pay for the services I want?
A. Once options have been selected for your promotional campaign JazzPromotions.Com will generate an invoice outlining the services included in your custom campaign. Once services are paid we will begin our initial steps to distribute your music to radio, satellite, non-commercial, public and syndicated sources. This is best discussed by phone at 602-625-3000.
Q. Will you process my mailing?
A. It depends on what you decide upon. We typically provide you with our radio industry mailing list. You may send your own CD's OR we can mail out from our offices as long as we have received your CD's and paid postage in time for the campaign. Our mailings will include a clearly identified JazzPromotions.Com LOGO and attention grabbing TIME SENSITIVE NEW RELEASE STICKER on the outside of our mailings.
Q. How does JazzPromotions.Com provide feedback to me?
A. JazzPromotions.Com will provide you with a station summary including radio station feedback, added track(s), comments, number of spins and future anticipated play, Jazz Week Chart status ie. jazz music media campaigns, jazz radio promotion.
